Director, Engineering - Strategic Thermal Labs

The Director, Engineering - Strategic Thermal Labs will be responsible for the management and leadership of a multi-discipline engineering team pursuing the design, development, validation, and deployment of the world’s most advanced liquid cooling solutions. This role is responsible for the advanced new product development team, product test and validation team, and the product lifecycle engineering team. Product lines include: direct liquid cooling cold plates, manifolds, rear door heat exchangers, in-rack coolers, heat rejection, etc.
