The Senior Manager, Financial Planning and Analysist - Revenue Control & Reconciliation is experienced, insightful, interesting and analytically-minded expert who make it easy for the rest of us to understand the daily operations of the hotel and its financial impacts.
We’re currently seeking a Senior Manager, Financial Planning and Analysist - Revenue Control & Reconciliation to oversee the financial planning, revenue reconciliation, owner distributions, reporting accuracy, and operational finance controls across the property. This position serves as a key business partner to the Finance division and operational leadership teams by driving financial transparency, strengthening internal controls, improving reporting processes, and ensuring accurate revenue management across all business channels. This role will also provide dedicated oversight of multi-channel revenue reconciliation processes, online sales and payment platform controls, restaurant and events revenue reporting, and hotel condominium Revenue Management Agreement activities. The role will also support balance sheet reconciliations, month-end close responsibilities, financial system integrations, and automation initiatives designed to improve operational efficiency and financial accuracy.

About you...
Passionate about numbers and must have a strong hospitality, finance expertise, analytical and organizing skill, systems knowledge, and the ability to manage complex financial processes within a luxury hotel and condo-hotel environment.
A post-secondary diploma or degree would be a plus.
Advanced knowledgeable of the following:

  • Balance Sheet Reconciliation processes, including account analysis, supporting schedules, and month-end close activities.
  • Advanced knowledge of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable functions within hospitality finance operations.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills include complex formulas, pivot tables, financial modeling, automation, and reporting development.
  • Experience utilizing financial reporting, and business analytics.
  • Working knowledge of Python and SQL for financial analysis.
  • Experience with Opera / HMS PMS System including revenue reconciliation, guest ledger review, interface troubleshooting, and reporting.
  • Experience using INFOR Q&A.
  • Experience with Accounting Systems including Accounts Receivable, Balance sheet reconciliations, billing management, and financial reporting.
  • Ability to work across multiple hospitality systems and interfaces while ensuring accuracy, data integrity, and compliance with financial controls.

Excels at communication, both verbal and written.
Is flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation.
