Senior Supervisor Production

Supervises and coordinates night shift production activities, serving as the primary on site leader responsible for end to end production operations. Responsibilities include analyzing scheduling needs, managing the production schedule, maximizing productivity, and ensuring high standards of safety, quality, efficiency, and cost effectiveness during second shift. Operates with a high degree of independence due to limited leadership and functional support overnight and fosters an environment of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
