Senior Level Insider Threat Liaison Analyst

Camp Courntney, Okinawa, Japan

EnProVera is seeking a Senior Threat Liaison Analyst to support Marine Corps commands in Okinawa, Japan. You’ll build trusted relationships, deliver insider threat training, and lead the full lifecycle of case management from triage and analysis to seniorlevel briefings and mitigation recommendations. The position drives the development of SOPs, CONOPs, reporting requirements, and analytic workflows while producing highquality intelligence products aligned with DoD and DITMAC standards. With a strong foundation in allsource intelligence, UAM systems, and counterintelligence analysis, youll help shape and sustain a critical enterprise program that protects Marine Corps personnel, missions, and national security interests.


Position Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Marine Corps commands across assigned regions, serving as a trusted advisor for insider threat awareness and program engagement. 
  • Deliver insider threat training to commanders, supervisors, and key stakeholders across security, prevention, and personnel communities. Serve as the primary coordination channel with government program representatives, supporting product development, reviews, and information flow. 
  • Brief senior leadership on insider threat inquiries, analytic findings, and recommended mitigation strategies.
  • Support the development and refinement of SOPs, CONOPs, and operational documents guiding program implementation and longterm sustainment.
  • Identify, validate, and manage reporting requirements to DoD, SECNAV, DITMAC, and command leadership.
  • Establish and execute workflow processes for case management, triage, analysis, validation, and reporting.
  • Produce highquality insider threat analytic reports aligned with established thresholds and adjudicative guidelines.
  • Ensure all analytic activities comply with laws, policies, ethical standards, privacy protections, civil liberties, and whistleblower safeguards.
  • Conduct quality control reviews on analytic products produced by team members.Support strategic program initiatives, including communications, stakeholder engagement, and system/program integration.

Required Skills and Experience: 

  • 5+ years of military or all‑source intelligence experience at tactical and strategic levels
  • Strong understanding of intelligence processes, research methods, and analytic tradecraft
  • Experience with UAM systems and insider threat/counterintelligence analysis
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze complex information and produce accurate, timely intelligence products
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including briefing senior audiences
  • Knowledge of domestic and international threats to U.S. national security

Required Security:

  • Current TS/SCI
  • US Citizen
