Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to serve as the Director of Outpatient Rehabilitation Services! In this role you will be responsible and accountable for the overall operations, performance, and management of the Outpatient Rehabilitation product line (physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech language pathology). You will serve as a champion of the product line and work collaboratively with other Neurosciences product line directors and physicians to develop seamless transitions between levels of care.
Come be a part of the exciting new expansion at the CentraCare Plaza! CentraCare’s new 60,000-square-foot rehabilitation facility will allow the department to “spread its wings”. The new space features a dance floor and a batting cage, along with a rehabilitation pool and a large gym with new technology including overhead robotic trolleys.
Schedule:
- Full-time | 80 hours every 2 weeks
- Monday-Friday | typically between 7:00 am - 5:00 pm | some evening hours for special events or meetings
- Onsite position | St. Cloud MN | CentraCare Plaza | Will travel to other CentraCare facilities to round at Becker, Albany, and Southway
Pay and Benefits:
- Starting pay begins at $114,816 per year; exact wage determined by years of related experience
- Salary range: $114,816 - $172,224 per year
- Salary range is based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate.
- Full time benefits eligible
- Retirement with matching, up to 7.5%
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a clinical related field is required.
- A minimum of 5 years of leadership experience (providing direct supervision) is required.
- Must maintain current licensure in clinical field.
- A minimum of 3 years of professional clinical work experience, preferably in an outpatient rehab treatment setting, is preferred.
- Essential to have effective and strong verbal and written communication, organizational management/leadership skills and the ability to be a team builder and provide staff development skills.
