Job Description
The Director of Catering serves as a key leadership role in the Sales departments. You will oversee all catering operations, lead the catering team, drive sales for banquets and events, and ensure exceptional guest experiences for weddings, corporate functions, meetings, reunions, and other events. This position reports to the Director of Sales and focuses on revenue generation, operational excellence, and team leadership in a high-volume resort environment.
