Warehouse Team Lead - USW (2nd shift)

The Warehouse Lead is responsible for assisting the leadership group in building & directing an effective team that takes pride in exceeding customer expectations. The individual is responsible for assisting all fab, shipping/receiving, maintance, & admin activities at the team level, ensuring compliance w/ applicable safety & quality control programs. The lead accomplishes this by proactively being involved w/ team members, setting clear expectations for them, motivating them, & developing them into to work effectively and efficiently as a team to produce, stage & load/unload processed materials. This position ensures that identification, traceability, & accuracy of material for shipments meets/exceeds the standards of the customer, & they teach every member of their team to do the same.
