Facilities Technician (FT)

JOB SUMMARY: The primary focus of the Facilities Technician is on the repair, maintenance, and installation of machinery, tools, equipment, and associated components to ensure the continuous and safe operation of the property. The Facilities Technician will also be responsible for performing preventative maintenance, managing expenditure requests for repair and improvements, and addressing painting and structural repair needs within the building.
