About the Team:Walmart Local Marketplace is a new venture within Marketplace that enables local retailers across industries to participate in Walmart’s local commerce ecosystem. Role Summary: The Strategy & Planning team is looking for a dynamic business leader to drive our strategic decision-making to support the growth and scale of our program. In this role you will lead our long-range and annual strategic planning processes, team governance processes, create and project manage executive level presentation materials, and support ad-hoc strategic initiatives. This role involves high-level strategic thinking and executive communication, strong analytics skills, and process-oriented mindset to drive outcomes. By leveraging data and stakeholder insights, the Senior Manager delivers actionable recommendations to senior leadership, supports continuous learning, and champions a culture of accountability and high performance across the business. What you'll do:
- Run team goal setting, annual planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes
- Lead team MBRs, QBRs, town halls, and ad hoc governance mechanisms
- Create executive level deliverables to facilitate decision-making.
- Build strong cross-functional relationships across business, product, finance, merchandising, analytics, and more to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Employ first principles thinking to develop frameworks for decision making.
- Operate both tops-down to support strategic direction and decisions, and bottoms-up to support execution and optimization
- 7+ years related experience in Consulting, Finance, Business Operations, Strategy, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Experience in consumer-focused retail or ecommerce / marketplace businesses
- Excellent critical thinking and communication skills (written and verbal) with experience and comfort presenting to upper-level leadership
- Data driven mindset and ability to story-tell with data
- Growth mindset and ability to operate in ambiguous environments in a highly matrixed org

Bentonville, Arkansas US-30008: The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00
San Bruno, California US-08848: The annual salary range for this position is $117,000.00 - $234,000.00
Hoboken, New Jersey US-10279: The annual salary range for this position is $108,000.00 - $216,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
