Role Overview 

  • We are looking for a skilled ReactJS Developer (Senior Associate level) with strong expertise in front-end development to build scalable, high-performance web applications. The candidate will collaborate with backend teams, product stakeholders, and UI/UX designers to deliver intuitive user experiences. 

  •  

  • Responsibilities 

  • Develop responsive, high-quality web applications using ReactJS and modern JavaScript (ES6+) 

  • Build reusable components and frontend libraries for future use 

  • Collaborate with backend developers to integrate REST APIs and services 

  • Translate UI/UX designs into functional code with attention to detail 

  • Optimize applications for performance, speed, and scalability 

  • Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsive design 

  • Participate in code reviews, debugging, and performance tuning 

  • Follow best practices in version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines 

 

  • Mandatory Skills 

  • Strong expertise in ReactJS, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3 

  • Hands-on experience with state management (Redux/Context API) 

  • Experience working with REST APIs and API integration 

  • Good understanding of web architecture and frontend performance 

  • Experience in Git-based version control 

 

  • Preferred Skills 

  • Experience with TypeScript 

  • Knowledge of Next.js or SSR frameworks 

  • Familiarity with unit testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library) 

  • Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) 

  • Understanding of CI/CD concepts and DevOps basics 

 

  • Experience & Qualification 

  • 3 to 6 years of relevant experience in front-end / React development 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
