Back to jobsContract document management; including, but not limited to updating contract drawings and specifications, RFI and change management (i.e. ASIs, Bulletins, RFQs) and submittals.
Scanning and uploading documents and emails onto OnBase.
Soliciting quotes from Suppliers, Vendors and Subcontractors.
Management of job specific subcontractor related documents as applicable.
Creating submittals packages; including, but not limited to creating cover sheets, obtaining product data, maintenance information, SDS sheets, LEED letters, and shop drawings.
Assisting with forecasting / cost analysis
Research and cost analysis of new products and manufacturers
Producing cost breakdowns / color coded drawings
Assisting with change order takeoff / pricing
Drafting and submitting RFI’s
Assisting with QA process
Assisting with job close-out process
Attend and participate in all required company training programs.
Conform to all company policies and procedures.
Other duties as assigned.
