End of Tenancy Property Cleaner (Chichester, Crawley, Worthing, Brighton, Bristol)

A busy cleaning services company is recruiting experienced EOT Property Cleaners to support residential rental turnovers.

This role involves maintaining high presentation standards for empty homes between tenants.

Duties

• Cleaning vacant rental properties

• Cleaning kitchens and ovens

• Bathroom cleaning including mould and limescale removal

• Cleaning internal surfaces such as windows, doors, and flooring

• Preparing properties for inspection and handover

Work Schedule

• Flexible part-time work, with assignments typically lasting 4–8 hours

• Work is primarily available Monday to Friday, with regular weekend opportunities

• Jobs are offered as they become available in your area

• Please note that this is a part-time role and does not guarantee full-time hours

Pay & Benefits

• £15 per hour

• £18 payment per job for the use of your own equipment and cleaning supplies

• Paid travel time where applicable

• Client parking costs covered (except where only street parking is available)
