HR Technology Analyst

The HR Technology Analyst is responsible for the ongoing support, optimization, and administration of UKG Pro, with a strong emphasis on UKG Workforce Management (WFM). This role is ideal for a UKG‑experienced analyst who enjoys owning complex WFM configuration, supporting timekeeping and labor workflows, and partnering closely with Payroll, HR, and Operations. This position provides production support, configures and enhances system functionality, manages testing and releases, troubleshoots issues, and translates business needs into effective system solutions. The HR Technology Analyst plays a key role in maximizing the value of UKG across the organization and ensuring HR processes are scalable, efficient, and well‑governed.
