How You’ll Make a Difference

As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients, playing a key role in delivering a welcoming, professional and compassionate experience at every interaction.

You’ll support the smooth running of the practice by managing appointments, handling enquiries, supporting client communications and working closely with clinical and non-clinical colleagues to ensure a positive client and patient journey.

Main responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to:

*Liaising with the clients and the clinical staff to provide 5-star customer care
*Meeting and greeting clients with professionalism
*Booking appointments and diary management
*Managing telephone and email enquiries
*Taking payment for services and products
*Managing cash and end of day banking
*Cleaning and preparing rooms for consultations
*Opening and closing the practice

As we operate over four branches, successful candidates may be required to provide cover at alternative sites; therefore, a use of own vehicle and a full, clean driving license are essential.

Working Pattern

This is a full-time permanent role working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday. The shifts will be x4 full days and 1 half day. You will also work 1 in 4 Saturdays from 8:00am-4:00pm.
