Job Description
The Relationships, Revenue & Investments group at Stand Together is experiencing rapid growth in demand across its technology portfolio - two enterprise Salesforce platforms, web applications and AI tools that together power how Stand Together and its partners manage relationships, track investments, and drive revenue strategy.
As a Product Manager on this team, you will work alongside other product managers to keep multiple concurrent workstreams moving forward. You'll work across projects based on where the need is greatest - stepping in to drive requirements, coordinate delivery, and maintain momentum during peak efforts, staffing transitions, or competing priorities. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives on variety, brings structure to ambiguity, and communicates clearly across technical and business audiences.
In Your First 6-12 Months, You Will
-
Build working knowledge of the team's three core platforms (two Salesforce systems and web services) and the business processes they support.
-
Partner with senior PMs to maintain healthy backlogs - refining requirements, writing clear acceptance criteria, and ensuring development teams have what they need to deliver.
-
Step into active workstreams during surge periods or PM absences to keep delivery on track and stakeholders informed.
-
Develop relationships with key business stakeholders to understand priorities, intake requests effectively, and translate needs into actionable work items.
