Job Description
Key responsibilities and day to day responsibilities of this position: Address functional needs of children who have developmental delay or diagnosed disabilities, ages birth to three years Plan and implement home based OT programs to increase the family's capacity to care for their child and promote growth and development Collaborate and reflect with parents and other providers with an understanding of early child development Make recommendations to families about developmental skills in the areas of motor, social-emotional, speech, cognitive and adaptive. Incorporate research based intervention activities into daily routines and activities that best meet child's needs Adhere to and demonstrate the Baby Watch Early Intervention core values and mission Deliver early intervention OT in alignment with Part C of IDEA federal regulation Ensure all documentation is complete, accurate and timely
