Job Description
• Ensure that our members and guests consistently enjoy, in all restaurants, a warm and friendly atmosphere with attentive service, great food and an overall excellent experience. • Ensure all restaurants are operated in accordance with company standards and policies. • Works with direct reports to enhance systems to ensure budget guidelines are met. • To train and develop an understanding of controls, systems and intradepartmental procedures amongst food and beverage outlet managers. • To assist in the orientation, development, and training programs of both line staff and managers.
