IT Manager

Reporting To: General Manager

Description


This position is responsible for managing all local computer technology and services at the managing office and 4 residences. Additionally, it oversees networks, hardware, operating systems, antivirus software, internet access, and all related systems; office automation and email systems; front-office departmental systems; back-office systems; personnel systems; and other network-based software supporting these systems; as well as network security and compliance, cabling in areas not under the technical department’s responsibility, access control systems, and audio and guest technologies. 



Key Responsibilities


•    IT Infrastructure and Systems Management,

•    Virtualization and Backup Management, Networking, (Hyper-V and Veeam),

•    Security, Wireless Networking, and High-Rise Building Network Management ,

•    Microsoft Server and Server Role Management,

•    ERP Systems Management, Access Control Systems Management, E-Invoicing & PMS Systems Management, Logo, Meyer,

•    Google Workspace Management,

•     PBX Systems: Installation, management, and ensuring the continuity of IP, digital, and analog PBX systems,

•    Building and Automation Systems: Providing operational support and managing building automation systems (BMS, etc.) & managing KGS, elevator, fire safety, and CCTV systems. Hikvision experience,

•    Integration of New Projects and Innovative Technologies,

•    Security Management - SIEM & NAC Product Management,

•    Technical Support, User Management, and Budget Management,

•    24/7 Monitoring and Performance Reporting.



Skills, Knowledge and Expertise


•    Bachelor’s degree in a related field,

•    Preferably 10+ years of experience in a hotel or similar setting,

•    Opera PMS,

•    MS Office,

•    Windows AD,

•    LAN and WAN applications,

•    Fortinet,

•    Guest Reception Technologies,

•    Telephone and Communication Solutions,

•    Call Accounting Systems,

•    Facilities and Guest Services solutions,

•    HSIA solutions,

•    Fluent in Turkish and English,

•    Analytical, strong communication skills, and well-developed leadership abilities.
