This role serves as the primary post-implementation client partner, responsible for ensuring long-term satisfaction, performance visibility, and operational excellence across a portfolio of healthcare revenue cycle management clients. You will act as the key liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless service delivery and proactive issue resolution in a complex, data-driven environment. The position combines account management, analytics, and healthcare operations expertise to support hospital and physician clients across multiple service lines. You will monitor performance metrics, identify trends, and use data insights to anticipate client needs and prevent issues before they escalate. A strong focus is placed on communication, relationship management, and structured problem-solving in a high-accountability setting.
