Position Overview
Sharp Rees-Stealy Medical Group is seeking Board Certified/Board Eligible General and Subspecialty Radiologists to join our collaborative, physician-led outpatient imaging practice. At this time, we are welcoming General radiology, Body, Musculoskeletal (MSK), Light interventional/pain proceduralist, Chest, Breast, and Nuclear Medicine.
Join a well-established and collegial group of 19 radiologists providing high-quality, patient-centered imaging services across San Diego County.
Practice Highlights
- 100% outpatient imaging – no weekends, evenings, or holidays
- Flexible scheduling:
- 4-day workweek (Monday–Friday)
- Full-time = 34 hours/week
- Includes one remote/telecare day per week
- Brand-new Kearny Mesa clinic featuring one of the most advanced imaging suites in San Diego County, including:
- New 3.0T MRI (first within Sharp HealthCare)
- New Cardiac CT
- New in-house PET/CT
- State-of-the-art imaging technology throughout
Compensation & Benefits
- Total Compensation range (salary + bonuses/incentives): starting at $500,000, with internal moonlighting opportunity to greater than $650,000.
(Final compensation determined by department/division compensation plans and discussed during the recruitment process) - Sign-on bonus

Qualifications
- Must have an active California license (MD or DO)
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Radiology
