General Production Backup Machine Operator 2nd shift

• Demonstrated ability to lead other Members and work without direct supervision
• Basic mechanical aptitude
• Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds
• Ability to learn and grow to become skilled to operate either a machine on a daily and/or weekly basis in a back-up capacity
• Ability to document job responsibilities and be part of writing and maintaining DPS programs for new equipment
• Excellent attendance and performance record
• Necessity and ability to learn and share learning with others
• Ability to work in other production line/rooms within the facility when this specific line is not running production is required. 
• Willing to learn Sanitation responsibilities
• Ability to work in a machine operator back-up role in addition to the primary role of Trayer/Packer
o Machine Operator roles will consist of Stuffer or Grinder
• Ability to use and troubleshoot basic SAP functions on a hand-held scanner and on the computer
• Based on business necessity, must be proficient in English.
