The Business Relationship Manager (Advisor) is responsible for driving business growth by identifying, developing, and expanding relationships with prospective and existing business members. This role serves as a consultative partner to members by assessing needs, recommending appropriate products and services, and delivering solutions that support member goals and business objectives. The position requires a strong sales mindset, effective business development skills, the ability to manage a pipeline of opportunities, and a high level of personal accountability for sales activity and follow-through.
