The BSA/AML Senior Technical Support Specialist serves as a subject matter expert supporting the day to day operations and production of the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA/AML) program. This role plays a critical part in ensuring timely and accurate processing of alerts, cases, CTRs, SARs, and customer due diligence while supporting BSA leadership with operational guidance, quality control, and process improvement. The ideal candidate brings deep BSA/AML expertise, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to collaborate across teams to ensure regulatory compliance and program effectiveness.
