Environmental Services Staff II (EVS II)

JOB SUMMARY: Under the general supervision of the Environmental Services Manager, with daily direction and scheduling provided by the Environmental Services Supervisor, the Environmental Services Staff is responsible for the cleaning of all MBL facilities including the upkeep of all offices, laboratories, workshops and other MBL facilities, housing- dorms, apartments, houses and cottages.MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Maintain assigned areas set forth by supervisor and/or manager. This includes the cleaning of all floors, offices, labs, classrooms/auditoriums, halls, common areas (including stairs), rest room facilities, doorways, and entrances immediately outside of assigned area (including snow removal).
