Facilities Master (HVAC certified)

This position is directly responsible for the maintenance, installation and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment. This technician is knowledgeable about EPA/CFC laws and regulations surrounding the acquisition, handling and use of refrigerants. The technician will monitor, evaluate, and troubleshoot operating equipment and controls to ensure continued safe operation and life cycle performance. This technician also provides preventative and routine maintenance of the facility, equipment, and structures within the facility. It is one that requires attention to detail and accuracy, as well as a good mechanical aptitude. This position operates under time constraints with minimal supervision and requires a flexible schedule.
