Job Summary
The Vice President of Strategic Growth is responsible for leading enterprise growth strategies that drive patient volume, market share, revenue, referrals, and service line expansion across the health system. Reporting to the EVP-Chief Strategy and Marketing Officer, this leader develops and executes strategic growth initiatives aligned with organizational priorities and long-term objectives.This role partners across marketing, physician enterprise, operations, ambulatory services, service lines, and executive leadership to strengthen market position, expand access, and deliver measurable business outcomes.

Strategic Growth and Business Development
- Lead enterprise growth initiatives that drive patient volume, revenue, referrals, market share, and service line expansion.
- Identify market opportunities, competitive trends, and expansion strategies, including new markets, facilities, and service offerings.
- Develop business plans, growth metrics, market analyses, and strategic evaluations to support measurable organizational growth.
Physician and Consumer Growth
- Strengthen physician relationships to drive referral growth and alignment with independent and community providers.
- Partner with physician enterprise, operations, service lines, and marketing to improve engagement, utilization, and alignment of growth priorities.
- Support provider onboarding and integration while advancing consumer engagement and acquisition strategies.
Strategic Leadership
- Participate in enterprise strategic planning and long-range growth initiatives, providing insight on market trends, consumer behavior, demographics, and competitive positioning.
- Present strategic recommendations and performance outcomes to executive leadership.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, accountability, and measurable results.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Supervisory/Management Responsibilities
- Job has direct and/or indirect supervision of team members that may include final budget authority, hire/termination authority, performance appraisal responsibility and disciplinary authority. Job will be considered a member of management staff at Prisma Health or affiliate and will have two or more direct reports.
Minimum Requirements
- Education – Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred in Business, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, Strategy, or related field.
- Experience – Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare strategy, growth, marketing, or business development.
