Job Summary:
Will assist full time maintenance employees in the performance of general maintenance tasks such as carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and other maintenance duties. Ability to work with minimal supervision. Must possess a valid driver's license and be able to become certified to drive University Vehicles. Individuals may be required to work some weekends, holidays, and mandatory days.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Must maintain a high level of integrity and the ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion.
- Maintain acceptable work habits, punctuality, and regularity of attendance to arrive and leave work on time and observe establish break and lunch times.
- Ability to effectively communicate and follow oral instructions in English.
- Ability to effectively read written instructions, signs, and products in English.
- Adhere to University protocol relating to safety procedures.
- Adhere to the policies and procedures established by Franklin Pierce University.
- Accept and render feedback in a professional manner.
- Carry out all responsibilities and objectives in a professional manner.
