- Lead and model the organization value and drive a culture of engagement by providing effective leadership, direction, development and support for the team.
- Monitor production metrics, analyze data, and identify areas for improvement to enhance productivity.
- Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demands and ensure smooth operations.
- Drive continuous improvement process and programs for operational excellence.
- Liaise and coordinate with contract manufacturers for various resources and support in daily operations, ensuring critical activities are identified and issues are resolved.
- Collaborate with purchasing and supply chain teams to maintain a positive relationship with suppliers and logistics providers, ensure materials availability for production and on time delivery of finished goods to customers.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures for all production operations.
- Ensure compliance with Heath and Safety policies, ensuring site safety through hazard identification and prevention.
- Responsible for staff development and training to ensure optimal competency.
- Work closely with Affiliates Company in USA and other countries on all operational matters.
- Undertake any duties as assigned from time to time.
