Fleet Controller - Afternoon Shift

Silk Contract Logistics is seeking an experienced Fleet Controller to join our Derrimut, Melbourne team on the afternoon shift (Sunday to Thursday, 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM). This role is responsible for coordinating daily wharf cartage operations, managing a diverse fleet from Semi-Trailers to HPFVs, and ensuring the safe, efficient, and compliant movement of containers. The successful candidate will have strong knowledge of 1-Stop VBS, Containerchain, Chain of Responsibility (CoR), and mass and fatigue management, with a proven ability to work in a fast-paced logistics environment.
