The Office of Institutional Learning and Transformation is seeking a strategic, collaborative, and result-oriented Senior Project Manager to organize and lead high-impact initiatives that advance organizational learning and institutional excellence across the academic enterprise. Reporting to the Associate Vice President of Institutional Learning and Transformation, the Senior Project Manager serves as a key partner in the design, management, and evaluation of complex projects that strengthen data-informed decision-making, foster innovation, and accelerate strategic priorities. Serving in an anticipatory and forward-thinking capacity, the person in this role will translate vision into action by coordinating cross-functional work, managing project portfolios, measuring outcomes, and identifying opportunities to build and improve processes and programs.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's Degree required, Master's degree preferred. 10+ years' experience in project management required.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Lead and manage from concept to implementation strategic initiatives that advance a data culture and organizational learning across the academic enterprise
- Partner alongside the team to plan, implement, and evaluate high-impact projects aligned with institutional priorities
- Lead project management meetings to ensure progress and project milestones are planned for, communicated, met, and advanced
- Develop process and project plans, identify key metrics, monitor progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery of objectives and deliverables
- Prepare executive-level reports, presentations, and communications that translate complex information into actionable recommendations
- Identify opportunities for innovation, process improvement, and organizational effectiveness
- Proactively anticipate challenges and opportunities, taking initiative to advance priorities and remove barriers to success
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration, stakeholder engagement, and change management efforts across projects to drive successful outcomes

Strong project and program management skills across all phases
Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills
Effective interpersonal skills and ability to foster collaboration across units and groups
Proven ability to assess complex challenges, develop solutions, and execute effectively in matrixed environments
Ability to interact confidently with senior leaders and facilitate strategic discussions
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Each teammate has the responsibility to work in a safe manner. Work requires frequent moving from one area to another, coordinating, and communicating with persons in various disciplines and agencies. Frequent walking, standing and climbing may be required.
