Hospital Maintenance Technician II

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (includes, but not limited to): - Repair & Maintenance of Equipment including: mechanical, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, medical gas, and plant infrastructure—while troubleshooting issues using schematics and blueprints - Preventative Maintenance: Doing regular inspections and checks to prevent breakdowns, like lubricating motors, testing generators, or checking emergency lighting
