Employment Specialist- ODBEC

The Employment Placement Specialist serves as a key member of the workforce development team at Our Daily Bread Employment Center, supporting participants in successfully entering and advancing in the job market. This role recruits and prepares program participants for employment through individualized job placement support, delivers job readiness instruction in both one-on-one and classroom settings, and actively engages employers to develop meaningful job opportunities and sustainable workforce partnerships.
