This role sits at the critical intersection of sales, customer success, and product education, focused on shaping a prospect’s very first experience with a powerful SaaS platform. You will engage with new users during their trial journey, helping them understand value, overcome friction, and activate key features that lead to conversion. Acting as a trusted guide, you will deliver consultative demos, answer pre-sales questions, and proactively reach out across multiple channels to maximize engagement. The role requires a blend of sales instinct, technical fluency, and customer empathy in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure prospects receive a seamless and compelling onboarding experience.
