Family Service Manager

Hutchinson Public Schools is looking for a Family Service Manager. The Family Service Manager provides leadership and oversight for family engagement, family services, and home-based programming within the Lil' Hawks Early Learning Programs. This position supervises Family Educators and serves as the content specialist for Family Service Workers, ensuring compliance with Head Start Performance Standards and high-quality services for children and families. The manager supports staff development, monitors program data and documentation, builds community partnerships, and collaborates across departments to promote positive child and family outcomes. Full Time position. Starting pay is $24 an hour.
