Description
Minimum qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience in Employee Relations, Accommodations, Leave of Absence and/or Case Management experience in the disability/worker’s compensation/FMLA counseling area
- Up to 10% travel as needed
- Experience in procedure development and process improvement to enhance service delivery efficiency
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with all levels of the business
- Thorough understanding of legal compliance requirements related to employment law and HR regulations
- Proactive thinking to anticipate issues and identify opportunities for service improvements
- Experience with absence management processes and systems
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
- Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
Preferred Qualifications:
- Airline/Aviation experience
- Operational experience
- Workday leave management experience
- Knowledge of FMLA and state leaves

About the job:
The Staff Representative – HR ESC role applies extensive knowledge and experience in HR shared services to analyze and resolve ongoing operational challenges. This role implements procedures and approaches that enhance the efficiency of service center operations, technology, and transaction processes. The Staff Representative provides direction to the team as they handle employee inquiries, administer HR programs, and coordinate with HR information systems specialists. This role is responsible for ensuring team results align with established standards and procedures for HR service delivery.
Core accountabilities / key responsibilities:
Provide data and research from the field to ensure best practices are incorporated into policies and programs
- Independently provide timely and accurate communication of the long-term relational portions of existing policies or programs
- Focus on reporting and quality control of existing tools
- Investigate and report program violations
- Troubleshoot escalated issues and identify improvements
The base pay range for this role is $61,465.00 to $80,110.00.
The base salary range/hourly rate listed is dependent on job-related, factors such as experience, education, and skills. This position is also eligible for bonus and/or long-term incentive compensation awards.
