Job Description:

This is a role within the Castrol organisation and the successful candidate will become part of the Castrol ring-fence. If you are part of the ring-fence, it is expected that your employment will move with Castrol to new ownership.

Let me tell you about the role

Lead, coach and motivate the market commercial operation team to deliver all support processes and also handles any relationships with any internal and external customer service providers to ensure service level agreements and business results are delivered.

What you will deliver

  • Participate, Act as Role Model as a Country Leadership Member
  • Effectively lead the team of diverse capabilities to support our business objectives, key capabilities include: RTM and Sales Capability Development, Channel Activation Deployment, Customer Services, Sales Digital and Business Data.
  • Delegates work appropriately and ensures that the right people and resources are available to deliver work/ on customer related projects. Provides the team with a clear direction and defines standards of performance expected; Monitors performance and provide timely and constructive feedback to enable team development; Motivates and empowers others to achieve goals and provides others with coaching and development opportunities.
  • Monitor and control total Castrol Vietnam commercial budgets: Trade Rebates & Discounts, CAPEX, Sales Development expense and opex
  • Handle the effective integration of cross-functional activities which impacts our ability to provide the highest competitive advantages.
  • Develop and drive Commercial operation transformation and continuous improvement agenda to ensure our outstanding operation.

Essential Experience and Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree ; A post graduate qualification added advantage
  • Minimum 15 years’ experience in commercial activities or relevant fields with min 5 years in functional leadership role
  • Strong digital savvy / foresight is preferred
  • Proven track record of performance delivery and process / continuous improvement through influencing and mentoring other
