Prioritization of individual Digital problems and ensuring the delivery of solutions in line with the Operational Level Agreements to deadlines and quality standards providing regular updates to key stakeholders and all levels
To maintain close coordination with client to attend to high priority production issues or new requirements that need urgent implementation
