Supervisor, IT

The IT Supervisor is responsible for overseeing site-based information technology operations and ensuring reliable, secure, and efficient delivery of IT services that support mine operations and business functions. This role leads day-to-day infrastructure support, guides technical staff and contractors, and coordinates with corporate teams to implement standards, projects, and continuous improvements. The position exists to maintain operational continuity, strengthen cybersecurity and system performance, and align local technology solutions with organizational objectives.
