Title and Summary
Manager, HR Process Transformation & ArchitectureOverviewThe HR Journey and Process Architect role leads the design, standardization, and continuous improvement of global HR processes and employee journeys. Working across the end-to-end employee lifecycle, this role partners with HR leaders, Experience Owners, HR Technology, Service Delivery and regional stakeholders to diagnose current-state processes and design scalable future-state solutions to improve efficiency, compliance, and user experience. The role blends process architecture, lean methodology, service design, and stakeholder influence to deliver simplified, data-driven, and sustainable HR operations.
Role:
In this role you will:
• Lead the discovery, analysis, value stream analysis and redesign of key HR processes across the employee lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain clear as-is and future-state process models, taxonomies, and standards using BPM tools such as SAP Signavio or similar platforms.
• Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and service design methodologies to identify inefficiencies, reduce friction, and improve both operational performance and employee experience.
• Partner closely with HR Technology, Workday, and service delivery teams to turn future-state designs into practical system and operating model solutions.
• Drive global process standardization while thoughtfully balancing local regulatory, compliance, and business needs.
• Use KPIs and process insights to shape recommendations, support transformation initiatives, and identify opportunities for efficiency and cost optimization.
• Build strong relationships across HR, operations, compliance, and technical teams to drive alignment, adoption, and sustainable change.
All about you:
• Proven experience in HR process architecture, business process redesign, or service delivery transformation within a complex global organization.
• Strong proficiency with BPM and process modeling tools such as SAP Signavio, Celonis, ARIS, or similar.
• Solid understanding of continuous improvement methodologies, including Lean, Six Sigma, value stream mapping, or systems thinking.
• Ability to translate process insights into clear requirements, practical roadmaps, and actionable change initiatives.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills across business and technical audiences.

Purchase, New York: $125,000 - $207,000 USD
