The Director of the Office of Institutional Equity and Thriving advances DePaul University’s institutional priorities related to belonging, community thriving, and inclusive excellence. Reporting to the Associate Vice President for Belonging, Engagement, and Mission, the Director provides strategic leadership, vision, and coordination for university‑wide thriving initiatives.
