Maneuver carts loaded with doors and door components
Read/Interpret load ID list to sort product by customer, length, and width to create correct cart stacks
Stage doors and door components in designated truck bays
Perform final quality inspection of all doors and door components before product is loaded onto truck
Load doors of various weights and sizes by hand into the designated truck trailers, while adhering to loading procedures to sort and secure products
Conduct pre-shift inspection of the forklift to ensure safety and operational compliance
Provide safe operation of a sit-down forklift throughout the facility, as needed
Maintain a safe and clean working environment
Help with minor door repairs and general housekeeping
Maintain an adequate level of product and forklift knowledge
Move components and materials safely and report issues to leadership
Wear PPE such as composite/steel toed shoes, safety glasses, earplugs, gloves (per job function), and high visibility clothing.
