Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - PRN

Brookhaven Hospice is currently hiring Per Diem Compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to provide patient care in and around the Hampden & Hampshires County Area!    Our Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) are responsible for providing direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, following the plan of care, providing treatment, and working collaboratively with the members of the team to help meet positive patient care outcomes.
