3+ years of experience in Procurement and Category Management, including Category Manager experience within Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical, or Life Sciences, as well as solid exposure to Indirect Procurement
Proven track record of operating effectively in a global matrix organization, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and manage suppliers that impact commercial performance and growth
Demonstrated success in leading complex procurement and sourcing initiatives, including the negotiation and execution of large, business-critical contracts
Strong understanding of supplier contracting frameworks, terms and conditions, commercial models, and the design and implementation of procurement solutions across cross-functional teams
Excellent capabilities in negotiation, contract management, stakeholder engagement, supplier relationship management, and category management, including spend analysis, strategy development, sourcing execution, and value delivery
Knowledge of suppliers offering promotional sales services, specially from Contract Sales Organizations or services from Contract Research Organizations (CRO) delivering Non-Interventional Studies.
