Summary:     The Talent Acquisition Specialist is a high‑energy, results‑driven professional who will work closely with our Talent Acquisition (TA) team to learn and apply strong recruiting fundamentals. This role is designed to develop into a Talent Acquisition Advisor, offering hands‑on experience with sourcing, candidate engagement, and full‑cycle recruitment support. You will contribute directly to building high‑quality talent pipelines while supporting a positive and consistent candidate experience.
