Job Description : We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing and supporting various projects ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist project managers in developing detailed project plans and schedules
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors to ensure timely delivery
  • Monitor project progress and handle any issues or delays that arise
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation and reports
  • Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and clients
  • Facilitate meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting minutes

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
  • Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello)
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
