Working Student Industrialization (m/f/d) at Wingcopter

Your mission

Assist in analyzing production flow (e.g. composites, trimming, painting, assembly) and help implement improvements for ergonomics, quality and efficiency
Help maintain and improve work instructions and production documentation in collaboration with engineers
Support continuous improvement topics and shopfloor problem solving (data collection, root-cause support, follow-ups)
Create and modify 3D CAD models and drawings in 3DEXPERIENCE/CATIA, supporting tool and jig design as well as data management within the PLM system
Operate and maintain 3D printers (e.g. prepare print jobs, basic troubleshooting, post-processing) for tooling, fixtures and prototype parts
Support the team in Jira and Confluence for task tracking, action management and documentation

Enrolled student in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Production/Manufacturing Engineering or a related field for at least 2 more semesters
Interest in industrialization, lean manufacturing and working in a hands-on shopfloor environment
First experience with CAD/PLM tools (ideally CATIA / 3DEXPERIENCE) and/or 3D printing is a plus
Structured, reliable and eager to learn, able to work independently on clearly defined tasks
Confident with M365 (especially Excel and Word)
First experience or strong interest in Jira and Confluence is a plus
Good German and English skills
