Description
- Test and challenge planning assumptions
- Validate operational requirements and spatial allocations
- Provide practical, experience-led insight to shape solutions
- Ensure alignment with real-world event delivery
Key Responsibilities
- Test FM assumptions within the DMP (maintenance strategy, asset lifecycle, service models)
- Validate BOH requirements (workshops, storage, plant, access)
- Review asset maintainability and operational efficiency
- Input into FM operating model (in-house vs outsourced, service packaging)
- Ensure alignment with digital systems (CAFM, Digital Twin integration)
- Challenge design decisions that create long-term operational risk
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Senior FM leader with World Expo / major event experience
- Strong understanding of lifecycle planning and integrated FM models
