Job Description

1. Production Test Program Development and Maintenance:
- Design and implement production test programs for network communication equipment (C#, C, Python, LabVIEW).
- Develop automated test scripts and tools based on product requirements.
2. Test Process Optimization:
- Analyze existing test processes and propose improvements to enhance testing efficiency and accuracy.
- Continuously optimize testing methods to ensure test coverage and reliability of test results.
3. Test Equipment and Environment Management:
- Configure and maintain test equipment to ensure stable operation of the test environment.
- Monitor the status of test equipment, promptly troubleshoot and perform maintenance.
4. Test Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Collect and analyze test data, generate test reports, and provide improvement suggestions.
- Share test results with relevant departments and assist in resolving product issues.
5. Cross-Departmental Collaboration:
- Collaborate with hardware, firmware, and testing teams, participate in requirement specification discussions and feasibility assessments.
- Write test program design documents to ensure maintainability and scalability of test programs.
