What You’ll Do
As a Machine Operator I, you will help produce quality architectural products by operating manufacturing equipment in a safe and efficient environment. This is a hands-on role with opportunities to learn new equipment and grow your manufacturing career.
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate production machinery and equipment
- Monitor machine operation and make basic adjustments as needed
- Read work orders, blueprints, and production instructions
- Use measuring tools to ensure product quality and accuracy
- Perform basic machine maintenance such as cleaning and lubrication
- Identify and report equipment or quality concerns
- Work safely while supporting team production goals
- Cross-train in multiple production areas and equipment
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred
- Ability to read a tape measure accurately
- Comfortable using hand tools such as wrenches, hammers, and levels
- Basic computer and data entry skills
- Ability to read blueprints and follow work instructions
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Dependable team player with a positive attitude

Work Environment
This position works in a manufacturing facility and may involve:
- Standing and moving throughout the shift
- Exposure to machinery, noise, dust, and varying temperatures
- Overtime and weekend work based on production needs
