The hourly rate for this role is $24-27 per hour DOE.
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Custodian to join our team!
Our Custodians:
- Clean the common areas and other assigned areas.
- Work carefully, making sure to follow SDS, safety, and related regulations.
- Prepare and organizes materials and equipment, and prepares work site before beginning task.
- Keep common areas clean and orderly
- Report and responds to resident requests, and responds to any emergencies.
- Note any issues (grounds, building, other) and addresses with the relevant department if needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
What you need to succeed:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Basic understanding of English language to take direction and ask questions as needed.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule is highly preferred
- Friendly customer service skills.
- First aid certification may be required in some communities/affiliates per state/local guidelines.
- Completion of a background check. May also require drug screening, physical, TB test, and fingerprint per state/local guidelines.
Physical Requirements Include:
- Manual dexterity and the ability to work with required equipment and to perform physically active work for the entire shift.
- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs.
